Ganpatrao Adke College of Nursing is established to develop high quality professional nurses with exemplary professional conduct to render quality nursing care to the individual, community and the nation, adopting themselves to changing technological environment with the highest ethical values.

Scope of nursing practice encompasses provision of promotive, preventive, Curative and Rehabilitative aspects of care to people across their life span in wide variety of health care settings. The college believes in cultivating higher values of honesty, integrity, responsibility, mutual respect for persons and property, respect for human rights among its students.

Nursing services are essential and are vital part of primary, secondary and tertiary health care facilities. It is the belief of the faculty that the graduate program will develop the essential skills, leadership, and in-depth knowledge among its students to provide and organize comprehensive care for the individual, community and towards the Nation.

By interactive, innovative teaching learning experience made available and by creating learning environment that enables students to acquire inquiry driven, self directed learning by which we believe in upgrading the critical thinking skills, competencies and standards required for practice of professional nursing and midwifery.

Further this program encourages accountability and commitment to lifelong learning which fosters improvement of quality care and evidence based practice and gives emphasis on promotion of nursing research and education.
